Artwork
All artwork offered for sale is original artwork created by the artist unless otherwise stated. Original paintings are one of a kind and, once sold, are no longer available for purchase.
Every effort is made to represent artwork accurately through photographs and descriptions. Please note that colour, texture, depth, and surface qualities may appear differently on screen and may vary depending on your device, display settings, and lighting.
Artwork dimensions, materials, framing information, and other relevant details are provided with each listing. If you have questions about a particular piece, please contact the artist before purchasing.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases that have already been paid for.
Payment is due in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the purchaser where applicable.
The artist reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issue, or other circumstance that prevents the order from being fulfilled. If an order is cancelled by the artist after payment has been received, the purchase price will be refunded.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within:
Paper originals and prints: 3–5 business days
Stretched, rolled, or framed canvas artwork: 5–10 business days
Canvas artwork may require specialty packaging, shipping materials, or additional preparation before it can be safely shipped.
These are estimated processing times and do not include transit time. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier.
Artwork is carefully packaged according to its size, format, and materials. Shipments will include tracking and may include insurance and/or signature confirmation depending on the value, destination, and shipping method.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
The artist is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, couriers, customs, weather, strikes, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the artist's reasonable control.
Certain artworks or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions. Where applicable, these will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.
Signature on Delivery
Depending on the value, destination, and shipping method, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Where signature confirmation is required, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment.
Requests to waive signature confirmation must be made before shipment and may be declined at the artist's discretion.
Returns & Damaged Artwork
All sales are final.
Because original artwork is unique and one of a kind, returns are not accepted simply because a purchaser changes their mind or because the artwork's colour, texture, or appearance differs from what was perceived from digital images.
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact jessica@jessicaacs.art within 24 hours of delivery.
Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution and, where applicable, to make a claim with the shipping carrier or insurer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed.
Because original artwork is unique and one of a kind, please review the artwork description, dimensions, materials, shipping information, and other details carefully before completing your purchase.
Artwork Care
Original artwork should be handled, transported, framed, and displayed appropriately.
The purchaser is responsible for displaying and caring for the artwork in a suitable environment and protecting it from excessive moisture, high humidity, extreme temperature fluctuations, prolonged direct sunlight, and other conditions that may adversely affect the artwork.
For artwork requiring framing or installation, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining appropriate professional services unless otherwise stated.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, text, designs, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Jessica A Acs, Jessica Acs and Jessica Acs Art unless otherwise stated.
Copyright in the artwork remains with the artist even after the physical artwork has been sold.
Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, or other intellectual property rights.
Artwork and images from this website may not be copied, reproduced, printed, distributed, licensed, or commercially used without prior written permission from the artist.
A purchaser may resell an original artwork they have purchased, subject to applicable law. The artwork may not be misrepresented as to its artist, origin, authenticity, or condition.
