Your artwork is carefully packaged according to its size, format, and materials to ensure it arrives safely.
Details about shipping each individual artwork are provided in its product description. Please review the product description before purchasing, as shipping methods vary depending on whether the artwork is paper or canvas, large or small, stretched or rolled, framed or unframed.
Shipping Format
Please refer to the individual artwork's product page for details on how the piece is shipped. Depending on the artwork, it may be shipped:
Stretched on wooden bars
Rolled with wooden bars included
Rolled without bars
Framed
Unframed
The product page will specify the shipping format for each individual piece.
Processing Times
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within:
Paper originals & prints: 3–5 business days
Stretched, rolled & framed canvas: 5–10 business days
Canvas artwork may require specialty packaging or shipping materials, which can result in a longer processing time.
Processing times do not include transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
Artwork is shipped with tracking, and tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided where available but are not guaranteed.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Signature on Delivery
Depending on the value, destination, and shipping method, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Where signature confirmation is required, someone will need to be available to receive the shipment.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
We do recommend shipping to an active business address when possible.

Damaged Shipments
If artwork arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact the studio as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label may be required to assist with a shipping insurance claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
